We are AnalystDen Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number: 16754838). We are the data controller of your personal data.
2. What Data We Collect
Identity & Contact Data: first name, last name, email.
Payment Data: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
Billing Data: billing address (including country) collected during checkout via Stripe.
Educational Profile Data: age bracket, internship status, “Interview Fundamentals” or “Analyst Mastery” selection.
Usage Data: time spent on tasks, progress, scores, and feature use.
Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device/browser information, and site usage patterns (via cookies and Google Analytics).
Error & Diagnostics Data: application error logs, crash reports, and related technical data (e.g., request details). Personal data is minimised or anonymised where possible
We may also collect additional information you voluntarily provide (e.g., survey responses or feedback).
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide you access to the Platform.
To process payments (via Stripe).
To monitor progress and deliver feedback.
To monitor revenue by region and assess tax obligations (using billing country and revenue data in aggregated, time-based form, such as monthly totals).
To improve Platform features and content.
To send essential service emails (account access, payment receipts).
To send marketing updates only if you have opted in via your account settings.
The consent statement shown is: “Receive emails about our events, new features, updates, and offers.”
You can update your preference at any time in your account settings.
To analyse usage trends and improve our services (via Google Analytics).
To monitor platform stability, diagnose issues, and improve performance (via Sentry error monitoring).
We will not sell your personal data, and it will not be used to train AI models.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Contract: providing the service you purchase.
Legitimate interests: maintaining and improving the Platform.
Consent: for sending optional marketing emails (“Receive emails about our events, new features, updates, and offers.”) and for placing non-essential cookies (including Google Analytics).
Legal obligation: processing billing information (including billing country) may be necessary to comply with tax, accounting, or VAT/GST requirements.
5. Sharing Your Data
We may share your data with:
Stripe (for payment processing).
Third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate task feedback. These providers act as our data processors under Data Processing Agreements and do not use your content for training or for any other purpose.
Google Analytics (for site analytics and performance monitoring).
Cloud service providers (hosting and infrastructure).
Sentry (error monitoring): we use Sentry (EU region) to capture technical errors and performance issues. Diagnostic data may include error traces. Personal identifiers are scrubbed or pseudonymised before transmission.
Other service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, subject to equivalent safeguards.
We do not sell or trade your personal data.
6. International Transfers
If you access the Platform from outside the UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active.
On account deletion, we erase or anonymise personal identifiers.
We may retain anonymised, aggregate usage data (not linked to you).
Payment and transaction data may be retained for as long as required by applicable tax or legal obligations.
Error logs are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your personal data.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict processing.
Withdraw marketing or cookie consent at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from someone under 16, we will delete it.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site (e.g., login sessions, checkout). These do not require consent.
We also use analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance. These cookies require your consent.
