Our founder started her investment banking journey in a small first-year university flat in London.

Sat on the floor with pages of handwritten notes, and even more PDFs gathered from a whole different mix of online resources: all in preparation for her first Spring Week interviews. What followed was four Spring Week offers, a summer internship offer, and a full-time role in investment banking.

In an industry where turnover is notoriously high for juniors, getting the offer was just the beginning. Adjusting to life in the bank was a whole new ball game. Being “thrown into the deep end” doesn’t even begin to explain it…

So, we built AnalystDen. We’ve taken all of our direct experience from Spring Week prep to Associate life in the big city (handing in our ‘student’ title for that of an ‘interviewer’) - and packaged it into this interview and analyst training platform.

We combine investment banker experience with key tools - from mock interviews and flashcards, to job simulations with AI-driven feedback, and (pretty soon) our networking events!

What are we aiming to achieve? We want to create a community for aspiring investment bankers, students, and graduates, like yourself, who want to unleash their maximum potential. We’re here to support you in the way we know best - which is why we’re constantly working to improve our offerings, listening to feedback, and building the playbook we wish we had sooner!
